Faux Fur Scrunchies Crochet Pattern:
Foundation: ch11
Round 1: sl st to 1st ch, sc around, do not sl st to beginning but keep going around until desired length is reached
Once you reach about 9″, it should be long enough. You can make it shorter for smaller scrunchies or longer if you want them your crochet scrunchies to bunch up more.
Cut a piece of elastic cord to 8″ and insert it into the crocheted tube. I clipped one end of the elastic to the tube and pushed the other side along the inside until it reached the other side. Then tie a knot with the 2 ends of the elastic cord.
Now the only thing that is left, is to crochet one more round of single crochet stitches around the 2 ends of the crocheted tube to crochet them together. Then fasten off and weave in the ends.
