Velvet Crochet Bow Scrunchies Pattern

Velvet Bow Crochet Pattern for Hair Ties and Scrunchies

My velvet crochet scrunchies pattern has been so popular, I wanted to add another layer and option to that beginner crochet pattern with a velvet crochet bow pattern. These easy bows give your velvet scrunchies a little extra and look so cute down your back in a high ponytail or bun. You can add these hair bows to your regular hair tie or your velvet scrunchies or just tie them around your hair. Anything is possible!

They also look great with my Velvet Crochet Sweater!

And they go perfectly with my VSCO Girl Shell Necklace! So make your scrunchies DIY along with your shell necklace and you are ready to go!

Explanation:

These velvet crochet scrunchies are really quick to make. So you can make a few for your friends as well!

If you find a self striping velvet yarn, you can even make a few different colored scrunchies out of a single velvet yarn ball.

You are working on both sides of the foundation chain. So row one is on the regular side and row 2 on the opposite side mirroring the same stitches.

Use a smaller hook so your stitches are tight to make it feel more like fabric.
